What we offer
6A Character Education is a parenting philosophy centered on love and discipline, focusing on helping parents guide their children’s healthy development through six key principles: acceptance, appreciation, care, time, responsibility, and authority. Its background and history are based on the development of multiple character education theories, integrating research findings from psychology, education, and family dynamics.
Developed and proven effective by the University of Melbourne, these are two parent courses for emotional coaching:
《Tuning in to Teens® Emotional Coaching for Teens》 A proven course designed for parents of children aged 10 to 18.
《Tuning in to Kids® Emotional Coaching for Kids》 A proven course designed for parents of children aged 3 to 10.
The core of multi-brain-type parent support lies in “empowerment” and “acceptance,” rather than simply “treatment.” Parents should start by taking care of their own mental health, accepting their child’s unique way of operating, establishing predictable and flexible family routines, and seeking appropriate community support to obtain emotional and practical help.
Early involvement in parenting and establishing positive connections and interactions with children greatly benefits their development.
We will periodically hold lectures on different topics to help parents understand the importance, challenges, and inner world of fathers in raising children.
Parent Café is a monthly gathering for parents
to reflect on the struggles and choices in parenting through real-life examples and relaxed conversations.
We will hold workshops on different themes from time to time.
We hold various relaxing workshops from time to time to cater to the physical and mental needs of parents. Through art, creation, spirituality, and community support, we help parents find adjustment and renewal amidst busyness and stress.
